Sentinel Spatial respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and stored, and how we handle the aerial photographs and video created when producing a Sentinel Property Record.

Information We Collect
When you contact Sentinel Spatial or request a Property Record, we may collect information including your name, email address, telephone number, property address, postcode, preferred appointment date and any additional information you choose to provide.
Information submitted through our website enquiry form is processed using Wix, our website and form service provider.
When carrying out a Property Record, we capture photographs and video of the property and its visible exterior surroundings as necessary to provide the service. This imagery may incidentally include neighbouring properties, vehicles or individuals that are visible from the capture location.
Sharing Information
Information may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to operate our website, manage enquiries, process payments, communicate with customers, host Property Record video or securely deliver files. These providers only receive information where necessary for the relevant service.
Image & Video Retention
After your completed Sentinel Property Record has been delivered, working copies of your photographs and video may be retained by Sentinel Spatial for up to 14 days. This short period allows us to resolve delivery problems, corrupted files or other technical issues.
After this period, working copies of the Property Record imagery are deleted from Sentinel Spatial's working storage. We do not keep a permanent archive of residential Property Record photography.
Where your Property Record includes video, a copy may remain hosted using an unlisted third-party video service so that the video link and QR code contained within your Property Record continue to function. Unlisted videos are not intended for public listing or promotion, but anyone with access to the unique link may be able to view or share the video.
You are responsible for safely storing and backing up your delivered Property Record and any files provided to you.
Your Data Protection Rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access to information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion in certain circumstances, restrict or object to certain uses of your information, and request transfer of information where applicable.
These rights depend on the circumstances and are not always absolute. If you would like to exercise a data protection right, please contact Sentinel Spatial.
